02Terms and governing law

Using Vessero is governed by the Terms of Service, a contract with Forgutti Unipessoal Lda under the laws of Portugal.

03Personal data

Forgutti Unipessoal Lda is the controller of the personal data Vessero processes, as the Privacy Policy describes. Its lead supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

04Complaints and disputes

Tell us first, at support@vessero.com, and we will try to put it right.

Consumers can also make a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico, and take a consumer dispute to an alternative dispute resolution entity. The Portuguese entities are listed by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor at consumidor.gov.pt. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with a cross-border dispute.
