What we promise, and what keeps the promise.

Credits, refunds and synthetic media are where AI tools most often mislead. Here is exactly how they work at Vessero: what the product enforces today, what is policy, and what is still coming.

Credits and money

Honest credits.

  • You see the price before every run.

    Every card and every form shows what a run costs, in credits, before you press it. Video is priced from the model, the length and the resolution you picked, by the same table the server charges from — so the number you see is the number you pay, never more.

    Enforced by the product

  • A failed run gives its credits back.

    If a run fails on our side or at the model provider, its credits return to your balance automatically, usually within minutes. A run that finished but was not what you hoped for has used the compute, so it is not refunded.

  • Plan credits carry over for a month.

    At each renewal, up to one month’s worth of unused plan credits stays, and the new month’s credits are added on top. Plan credits are always spent before pack credits.

  • Pack credits never expire.

    Credits you buy in a pack stay on your account until you use them.

  • You can cancel from Settings, any time.

    No call, no form. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

  • Your first payment is refundable.

    Within 7 days of your first payment, if you have used less than 20% of the credits it bought, write to support@vessero.com and we will refund it in full.

AI disclosure and synthetic media

Synthetic, and says so.

  • The people in our videos are AI.

    Unless we say otherwise, every person in our examples, samples and marketing is AI-generated, and we say so wherever they appear.

  • Every AI presenter is labelled.

    Cast puts AI presenters into your own campaigns. Every presenter is labelled “AI actor” in the product, or “AI likeness” when made from a real person’s photo with their permission, and a finished ad with a presenter in it carries an “AI-generated” label from the first frame to the last, which cannot be switched off.

    Enforced by the product

  • What we will not make.

    No fake reviews or testimonials, no endorsements from people who did not give them, and no voice or likeness of a real person without their permission. These are conditions of using the service, set out in the Terms.

  • Your work stays yours.

    You own what you make. We do not use your content to train our own models, and the Privacy Policy names every provider your prompts and files are sent to.
