Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Forgutti Unipessoal Lda (NIF 519031075), which operates Vessero — "we" and "us" below — covering your use of Vessero, the website, and everything reachable from an account. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

You must be at least 13, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms on your behalf.

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for what happens under yours, including anything done by someone you gave access to, so keep your Google account secure and tell us at support@vessero.com if you think it has been misused.

You keep ownership of what you upload and, as between you and us, of what the service produces from it. We claim no ownership of your prompts, footage, scripts, voiceovers or finished videos.

You grant us only the licence we need to actually run the service: to store, process, transmit and display your content so that we can generate output, show it back to you, and share it with the people you choose to share it with. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.

We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not publish it or use it to promote Vessero unless you give us separate, explicit permission.

Output is generated by machine-learning models, which means four things you should plan around rather than be surprised by:

• It can be wrong. Scripts and research can state things confidently and inaccurately. Check anything you intend to publish as fact.
• It is not unique to you. Another user with a similar prompt may receive similar output, so we cannot promise exclusivity in what a model returns.
• Copyright in AI output is unsettled in many countries, and we cannot promise your output qualifies for protection.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Clearing rights for anything you upload, and for how you use the result, is your call and your risk.

Third-party models reached through the service carry their own provider terms, and stock media returned by a search carries the licence of the library it came from. Where those apply, they apply to you as well.

Do not use Vessero to create, upload or distribute anything that:

• Is unlawful, or infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Sexualises minors, or depicts real people in sexual content without consent.
• Impersonates a real person or organisation, or clones a voice or likeness without that person's permission.
• Is designed to deceive — fabricated news, fake reviews or testimonials, endorsements nobody gave, synthetic evidence, or fraud.
• Harasses, threatens, or incites violence or hatred against people or groups.
• Contains malware, or is used to attack or overload our systems or anyone else's.

Also do not resell the service as your own, scrape it, work around credit limits or rate limits, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits you to do regardless of contract.

If you publish synthetic media of a real person or event, label it. That is a condition of using this service, not just advice.

Running work on Vessero costs credits: an image, a voiceover, a clip, a render. Each run shows its price in credits before you start it, and the prices are listed on the pricing page. There is no free plan. An account starts with no credits; browsing, opening templates and building on the canvas cost nothing, and you pay when you run something.

Credits are a usage allowance, not currency: they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another account.

In plain terms, this is how paying for Vessero works:

• Subscriptions renew until you cancel. A plan is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renews automatically at the end of each period.
• You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan and its credits work until then.
• Plan credits carry over for one period. Each renewal adds that period's credits. Credits you did not use carry over into the next period, up to one period's worth; anything beyond that lapses at renewal. Plan credits are spent before pack credits.
• Pack credits never expire. Credit packs are one-off purchases, and their credits stay on your account until you use them.
• Your first payment can be refunded. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment and have used less than 20% of the credits it bought, we refund that payment in full. Write to support@vessero.com. Other payments are not refundable, except where the law where you live says otherwise.
• Prices exclude tax. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax where tax applies.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly; we never see or store them. Plans listed as coming soon cannot be bought until they open.

The service is provided as it is, while it is available. We do not offer a service level agreement, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change removes something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice when we can.

Generation depends on third-party model providers. When one of them is down or rate-limits us, the affected feature will be unavailable for as long as that lasts.

You can stop using Vessero and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is used for anything unlawful — immediately where the harm is serious, and with notice where it is not.

On termination your licence to use the service ends and we delete your content as described in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vessero is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that output will be accurate, original, or fit to publish. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Vessero nor its suppliers is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You agree to indemnify Vessero against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you upload or publish, from your breach of these terms, or from your infringement of someone else's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute goes to the courts of Portugal. If you use Vessero as a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in its courts.

Consumers can also use the complaint and dispute-resolution routes listed on the legal notice.

We update the date at the top of this page whenever the substance changes, and we tell account holders directly before a material change takes effect. If you keep using Vessero afterwards, the updated terms apply to you.
