Unused plan credits carry over for one month, and plan credits are spent before pack credits. Cancel any time from Settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax where it applies. Buying happens in Settings, through Stripe.

No. It is free to explore: you can browse templates, open their previews and build your board without paying anything. You pay when you press Run, from a plan’s monthly credits or a credit pack.
See plans and packsEvery run has a price in credits, shown on the card or the form before you press it. An image is 10 credits. A voiceover is 30 credits per 1,000 characters. Music is 30 credits a generation. A video clip depends on the model, its length and its resolution: an 8-second Veo 3 Fast clip at 720p is 50 credits. You are never charged more than the price shown.
What costs whatThe credits go back to your balance automatically, usually within minutes. A run that finished but was not what you wanted has used the compute, so it is not refunded; press Run again for another take.
Plan credits carry over for one month: at each renewal, up to a month’s worth of what you did not use stays, and the new month’s credits are added. Credits from a pack never expire, and plan credits are always spent first.
Yes, any time, from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
If Vessero is not for you, write to support@vessero.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, as long as you have used less than 20% of the credits it bought. After that, payments are not refunded, and you can cancel whenever you like.
Team and Agency plans add shared workspaces, seats and credits pooled across everyone, and Agency adds a workspace per client. Both are coming soon and cannot be bought yet. Write to enterprise@vessero.com to hear when they open.
