How the board runs.

    What the video is about, in a line or two. The assistant turns it into hooks; the thumbnails read the hooks.

  2. 02

    Hooks

    Three hook lines, each a different angle. Copy the one you use onto the thumbnail cards, or leave them to read the whole list.

  3. 03

    Thumbnails

    Three 16:9 thumbnails wired to the hooks. Change the overlaid word on each to match its hook.
